Two Principals, each leading a teaching team

Ilse and Yolande are the Principals for their age bands. They appoint and oversee the teachers who deliver live classes in those groups, and they are your named contacts for placement, progress and queries.

Are the books only digital? +

Most titles sell as instant digital downloads. Printed copies can be requested; parents cover postage. Audio is digital only.

Can I share worksheets with another family? +

No. Materials are copyrighted by EDU Online English and licensed strictly for home use in the purchasing household.

Who leads each age group? +

Principal Ilse heads Little Learners and Juniors (about 4–10) and the teachers in that team. Principal Yolande heads Pre-teens and Teens (11–16) and her teaching team. They are the two people parents contact about their child’s group. Class teachers’ names appear on the timetable.

When do I get the ClassIn code? +

Immediately after successful payment of the 9-week package, together with the digital invoice and teacher messaging.
