These terms govern the parent-facing site at onlineeduca.com, including demo bookings, 9-week live English courses, the product shop, blog, contact form and parent portal. The brand is EDU Online English. Teacher recruitment remains on teachingonline.co.za.
All shop materials (reading books, worksheets, songs, audio and bundles) are copyrighted by EDU Online English. They are licensed strictly for home use by the purchasing household. You may not copy, share, upload, or reproduce them for other families, schools, or commercial use. Digital files are for the purchaser’s devices. Printed copies, where offered, are likewise for home use only; postage is paid by the parent.
Principal Ilse and Principal Yolande each lead their own age groups and the teachers who teach in those groups. A demo helps confirm placement. Ongoing classes are sold as 9-week packages, payable in advance. After payment you receive a unique ClassIn scancode for those classes and access to teacher messaging. Sharing a scancode outside the enrolled family is not allowed.
We track each enrolment period. Near the end of a 9-week cycle we send reminders (in-platform, and email or SMS if configured). Access to that class group pauses if the package is not renewed.
The live payment gateway will be named when it is connected. All course and shop funds are destined for a single designated business account. An administrative fee percentage is calculated on each transaction for owner reporting; it is an internal split, not a surprise extra line unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Demo slots are limited. A booking confirmation and calendar reminder are provided. After the demo, parents are directed to the matching ongoing timetable for that Principal’s age group and level.
The shop is designed to add new titles, levels and formats over time. Prices and stock on this site may change.
